Welcome to Select Generation Dubai, the elite global pathway for players looking to reach University scholarships and professional levels. Our Dubai program combines elite coaching, competitive leagues, and international exposure to help players develop on and off the pitch.
About the Project
Our program emphasizes growth beyond football. Players are able to study whilst keeping full collegiate eligibility, learn leadership, teamwork, independence, and life skills necessary for success on and off the field.
Select Generation Dubai provides access to University scholarships in the NCAA, semi-professional and professional clubs through our agent network, scouting events, and partnerships across Europe, North America, and the UAE.

OUR VISION
Our mission at Select Generation Dubai is to develop players competing in both a men’s league and at an elite U23 level, maximizing opportunities for athletes to prepare for professional or NCAA competition. We aim to be the ideal stepping stone for players aspiring to reach top collegiate or professional soccer programs by focusing on the development of technical, tactical, and mental skills while providing valuable exposure to scouts and recruiters, helping position our players for the next level of their careers.
